Love this recipe. Used spicy sausage and no hot sauce. Also used about a 1/2 cup of white wine to deglaze the pan before sauteing the garlic, baby portobello and shitake mushrooms (more than the recipe called for as well). Lastly, I used fat free half and half and that thickened up just fine. Next time I might add a little fresh rosemary as well....
