Reviewed Italian Mac-n-Cheese

"Love this recipe. Used spicy sausage and no hot sauce. Also used about a 1/2 cup of white wine to deglaze the pan before sauteing the garlic, baby portobello and shitake mushrooms (more than the recipe called for as well). Lastly, I used fat free half and half and that thickened up just fine. Next time I might add a little fresh rosemary as well. It is a wonderful dish, although definitely enough for 6-8 people. Served it with a spicy baby arugula salad with a lemon/olive/honey oil dressing. A keeper of a recipe!"
