Yeah now I don't have to go into Seattle anymore to the Crumpet shop. These are as good if not better. Yum!"

This is rich and full of flavor. Excellent on a simple tomato salad or even on tacos. I used apple cider vinegar and no tarragon as my neighbor is allergic to it. Plus I add in a few extra scallions for a bit more bite. "

Great taste. I like the heat so used 1 whole serrano. Yum. I don't like greek yogurt but I do use it in many thing. Growing up grill cheese was with velveeta cheese. This take grill cheese to a whole other level. Hmmm I don't have buttermilk for an avacodo side perhaps I'll use the yogurt.""

Loved it. Great depth of flavor. I like that you can add or subtract sriracha &/or garlic chili paste to increase or decrease the heat and I like it hot. I did heat it up to a fast simmer as I think it thicken it and woke up the flavors better. I will be using this a lot for chicken, pork and it would be killer on fish.""

The flavor is great. Warning to leave a lot of room on the pan as they really spread out. I'm not so crazy about the oatmeal. It adds texture but I think it would be better without the oats. I will make again but play with it.""

Followed directions and was left with a tray of burnt, smoking pecans. Good thing I used no stick foil so at least clean up was easy. After reading the reviews I'll try again at a lower temperature.
To the person looking for agave I found it with the honey at my local Safeway.""

Very nice flavor. The heat is in the back and builds up slowly. I love it. I used it on little fried chicken pieces (dusted w/ corn starch) so I got sweet/spicy/sour and crunchy. I will make this again soon. "

Reviewed Lebanese Meat-Stuffed Pitas (Arayes

Feb 27, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I used ground lamb (because I love it) and mini pitas. I cooked them on a rack over a cookie pan so they wouldn't sit in fat. I did a tiny tester and found it not very flavorful so I added more garam masala and served it with home made tzatziki. They were wonderful. They also re-heat great in a toaster oven which is great as during the work week...
