"Loved it. Great depth of flavor. I like that you can add or subtract sriracha &/or garlic chili paste to increase or decrease the heat and I like it hot. I did heat it up to a fast simmer as I think it thicken it and woke up the flavors better. I will be using this a lot for chicken, pork and it would be killer on fish.""

"Followed directions and was left with a tray of burnt, smoking pecans. Good thing I used no stick foil so at least clean up was easy. After reading the reviews I'll try again at a lower temperature.
