Amazing! I love brunch @ Bobby's, and I soon as I saw these I had to make them. They were perfect for my annual Mother's Day brunch. A complete hit! You really do need to let these cool in the pans for quite awhile to let them set. Otherwise they are a breeze. Mine also ended up making around 20 cupcakes. They were great. Make these!"

This is heaven! Super simple and absolutely elegant. I didn't have fresh tarragon, so I used dried tarragon. Worked just fine, and I used Sauvignon Blanc. Also, I sauteed snow white mushrooms and baby portobellas and added them after everything was done. AMAZING!"

Delicious and super simple!! Will make again! Also, I didn't have cumin, so I used just a dash of thyme and didn't have slab bacon, so I just used regular sliced, low sodium bacon, baked in the over at 400, and poured the fat into my pot and then crunched up the bacon when it was finished. Super simple and VERY flavorful.
