Reviewed overnight oatmeal

Unmitigated disaster. My cooker only has a "low" setting (no "warm"), so perhaps that was the problem. I cooked it for 8 hours overnight and it was a mushy, scorched awful mess. Not recommended!

Reviewed Creamy Tomato Soup

Very easy. I followed the advice here and used San Marzano tomatoes. I also added a 1/2 can of tomato paste - I will add the whole can next time. Adding a teaspoon of brown sugar was also vital to this soup. With these alterations, this is a great and very easy recipe."

Easy recipe and very tasty. I added onions with the garlic, and I think I will add a can of tomatoes next time. I personally liked the vinegar at the end - added some zest. I also used canned beans, which worked fine and cut the cooking time, and I added a whole lot more kale. "

Reviewed Chicken Pot Pie

I make this for Xmas eve. I use a roasted chicken from the grocery store and add both the dark and white meat. I also do not make individual pies. This recipe works as is to make large pie - I use my lasagne pan. Everyone loves it and everyone asks for seconds. Highly recommend this recipe!
