My Activity

Reviewed Red Velvet Swirl Brownies

"I read the reviews BEFORE trying them. They sounded different and I was baking my monthly treats for our local Ronald McDonald House.
The underbaking comments worried me but not enough for me not to make them. I baked in metal 8X8 pans on Convection Bake for 30 minutes and they turned out beautifully! If you don't have a Convection Bake setting, bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Other than that, I thought they were good, looked different than your adverage cream cheese brownie, but the flavor didn't WOW me.
