"The MANCHEGO cheese was too overwhelming for me with it's smokey taste. Other than that, it was awesome! I'm going to make it again tonight but this time I will exclude the manchego cheese."

"Fantastic!!!
I tweaked the recipe to my liking but the seasoning and making of the albondigas were fantastic and to die for!!! My husband [who is out hunting right now] is so jealous at the fact that we are eating this without him! I used the tomato puree that was given for Marcela's Mexico style pasta [a.k.a. fideo] along with some veggie broth, the mexican meatballs, a chicken boullion, some garlic salt & a little comino [cumin powder].
YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY......Love Mexican made easy!!! Keep'em recipes coming!!!!
