This is NOT a healthy breakfast smoothie. This recipe should be listed under the dessert section! Please do not give your kids this smoothie full of fat and sugar first thing in the morning as the glycemic load of this smoothie is high and will result in a "crash" soon after. I'm really disappointed that this website would promote this false advertisement...
