These are delish. I serve them topped with sour cream with a little lime juice and dill and sprinkle sliced green onions on top.

I've made this recipe with chicken several times, but I tried it with boneless pork chops and it is also a winner. At the end I returned the chops to the pan, covered it and let it simmer about 30 minutes. Chops were very tender. I've also substituted sour cream for the mascarpone with excellent results.
