I didn't want to go to all the fuss of making myself a birthday cake this year so I tried this. Instead of cookies, I used crushed up chocolate candies ( no butter needed) and my favorite ice cream flavors. It turned out great and tasted really good.

Wonderful! Only the second time I've ever had chocolate gravy and was the first time I've ever made it. I will definitely make this again and double the recipe. It was a big hit with the rest of the family. The biggest plus about this recipe is that it's so quick.

These are wonderful! At the rate we're eating them, they won't last long. Yes, they are sweet; but they aren't sickening sweet like other recipes I've tried. They have the perfect amount of lemon.

As far as the recipe goes, it was really easy. We loved this recipe. I didn't have any spinach, so I used romaine hearts instead and added some carrots for color. I added a tiny bit of sugar to the dressing to cut the really strong lemon flavor. There were no leftovers. "
