Reviewed Broccoli, Parmesan and Lemon

YuMMy, the parmesan was good, but the recipe works if you go light, or without the parmesan, I made some with a lot, some with less and some with none. Also, I don't think that I'll be steaming broccoli anymore, this is nice and crisp, not soggy at all, I'm even considering reheating the leftovers tomorrow, and I can't stand soggy broccoli.
