Reviewed Ground Beef Chinese Style

"I had to skip using celery, i thought we had some but didn't. Used a smaller elbow noodle, tasted fine. probably used more beef then told.. added green onions. the things i didn't have or added extra i believe didn't change the dish too much. So i believe it's safe to say that this dish is a win! Everyone liked it & i'll definitely be making again."

Reviewed Fried Smashed Potatoes with Lemons

"When i tried this it turned out alright.. i think i either went overboard on the lemon zesting or we just prefer it with not as much but that's the only thing i would modify about it "

Reviewed Chicken Burgers with Garlic-Rosemary Mayonnaise

"they turned out better than i suspected, the mixture of the burgers made me a little nervous because they were so mushy but once they were cooking they turned out great! i would suggest having really ground up rosemary ( i made the mistake of not getting the ground up kind) going to try them again with that user error fixed and I'm sure they will "
