Very Good. Made the recipe exactly as is. Next time I will use unsalted butter to fry patties in, b/c they seemed on the salty side. Will also use a little less bread crumbs in the mixture, b/c the egg held things together pretty well. I made everything, put in the frig over night and fried the next day for early dinner. Took some prep time. Glad I chopped the veggies ahead of time. I used all beef since that is what I had on hand. Very tasty. The sauce on top was great! I did not use a loaf pan. Instead, I used a bakers sheet and formed the meat into a sort-of-football shape. More of the meat got the crusty glaze. Thankfully I lined my pan with two sheets"

I used what I had on hand:
Cream of Chicken soup instead of Cream of Mushroom
Yellow Bell instead of Green
Other than that, I had everything else. My husband loved it and my 1year old too! This recipe made a lot, so glad my parents helped us eat it, with plenty for left overs. This was my first Ree recipe. Loved it....
