"I love Dutch Baby pancakes, this recipe is really good. I used a large cast iron skillet and waited a few minutes before I put it in the oven with butter. If you put it in right away you run the risk of your butter burning. I also substituted imitation almond for the vanilla extract. My husband is allergic to almonds, I love them; imitation almond"
