About Me
I am a wife, mother, grandmother, Realtor. I love the Lord. I am grateful for the Constitution. I love to cook. Cookbooks and cooking shows inspire me to cook. I love to eat something and then try to recreate it at home. Once I had Chicken Marsala at an Italian Restaurant. For the rehearsal dinner for our sons out of town wedding, I decided to make that, only thing was I did not have a recipe. The Lord blessed it and we served about 125 people. I was writing the recipe as we went. It was great fun and I had lots of help from our family.
Favorite Foods
I love cookies. Currently I am looking for a recipe for something I had in Alaska a few years back. I have made something similar that we love. It is not exactly like what I had. The memory is starting to fade. :) Maybe we just need to go back to Alaska.
