"I love this recipe. However, I found it a bit "watery" and poured off the excess moisture several times during the baking. I also used additional cheese and baked it until it was quite brown. It's wonderful and everyone at my dinner party raved about it. Another Ina success.

Reviewed Chicken, Artichoke and Cannellini Bean Spezzatino

"I made this and it was delicious, although I did change a few things. I added some diced canned tomatoes and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Instead of pancetta, I had thick sliced bacon on hand and substituted with great results. Served it alongside a small green salad, garlic bread, some nice wine and even the in-laws with thrilled. I'll make this again and again.
