Reviewed Balsamic-Glazed Salmon
"Great quick recipe! I added a lil sugar to the glaze, just what it was missing! We aren't big on fish so I used a sqeeze of lemon on fish w E.V.O.O before baking and that kept fish moist. Great glaze for chicken too if u hate fish w sum rice n veggies. Try a pinch or two of sugar or honey n the glaze while simmering, makes all the difference to ha""
