We thought this was a very good recipe. I am gluten intolerant so, I did substitute the flour with cornstarch and used gluten free bread. I did not have a souffle dish so used a pan and it stuck badly. My next investment will be a souffle dish. We actually had this for dinner. Thanks Giada!"

Reviewed Easy Cranberry and Apple Cake

I loved this recipe as it was easy (as Ina promised). I did change it up a bit...not crazy about cranberries...I used three apples and two to three teaspoons of lemon juice in place of the orange and cranberries. We loved it! My husband wants me to make one every weekend. The cake part is delicious! Thanks Ina!"
