Reviewed grilled shrimp scampi

Amazing. A tiny bit too garlicky for my husband, but the rest of us loved it. Served it over tomato and burrata ravioli and added cilantro to garnish since that is all I had. A mega hit!

Reviewed Ribbon Meatloaf

Jan 22, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

It was VERY bland. Would need a lot of seasoning to make it better/ I followed the recipe exactly, but this one is a miss. Won't make it again. I like the idea of a meat rolled in biscuits which is the only reason it gets 2 stars.

We love this salad. It is my go to recipe when I have Romaine lettuce during the summer. Not a traditional Caesar, but really yummy!"

The crust was WAY too much work. I used already pie crusts and they worked really well. Curd was very good and easy. Made these for a dinner party and they were cute and delicious. Perfect size!"

Reviewed Grilled Avocado and Scallop Salad

I made this for our Soup Salad Sundays dinner group and it was a hit! I wasn't sure about carmelizing the avocados, but it added a nice texture change. Will made this again."

Reviewed Ham and Cheese in Puff Pastry

Feb 7, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This has become my favorite "go to" recipe! It is wonderful and disappears in minutes from an appetizer tray. I don't add anything to it because it is perfect. I do use various cheeses depending on what I have on hand. Ham and havarti is classic at our house so I often use that combo. This is a HIT!

I make this regularly. It is one of my go-to recipes and everyone loves it! I chop the onions before I carmelize them because it is easier. Other than that I make it just like the recipe and it is a huge hit!

I have made this recipe many times and everyone always loves it. We do a big chili cookoff every year as part of our tailgating for a football game and this chili is a big hit. I make it just like the recipe and have had excellent results!
