The flavors were nice, although a little strong. Could be because I used Aloha Shoyu for the soy sauce? Chicken was fork tender and full of flavor. Never had Albondigas before but this was tasty! I used 3 tsp of Knorr Tomato bouillon powder and 3 tsp of Knorr Chicken bouillon powder with 6 cups of water for the stock.
