"Wonderful recipe! We live in a smaller town and veal was not an option so I substituted 1 lb of Italian sausage for the meat. Everything else I kept true to the recipe. I made it for my parents and my dad actually said it was the best lasagna he's ever had! After reading the reviews I bought Paula's deep 9x13 baking dish and it fit perfectly! ""
Reviewed White-Bean Chili
"This was delicious and so easy to put together. Just enough heat to make a great white chili. I used a bag of prewashed, precut collard greens, which saved a lot of time and (3) 4 oz. cans of whole green chilis comes to exactly what the recipe calls for. I didn't have cilantro on hand, but since we aren't the biggest fans, we didn't miss it one bit. Served with a simple green salad, warm loaf of french bread and we had a perfect winter evening meal!
