Another reviewer commented on a chalky taste/texture--try reducing the cornstarch by 1 tsp. If you'll temper the egg yolks before the liquid gets too hot, they won't get scrambled. I also adjusted the sugar down so that I get a more bitter-sweet chocolate flavor. Love that velvety luscious chocolate."
