Reviewed Moist Roasted Whole Red Snapper with Tomatoes, Basil and Oregano

I thought this recipe was very good. I have access to fresh red snapper and the flavors of the fresh basil, oregano, garlic and lemon made for a wonderful combination. The recipe was not too complicated. The only problem I had was that the skin of the fish stuck to the hot frying pan right away, so there was little skin to protect the fish from"
