"Loved this idea. For the filling I used a crab cake recipe instead of what was there, though I bet that is good as well, and I put poppy and sesame seeds on the egg wash, and in the center I put a spicy cajun dipping sauce with the fresh herbs around it, very festive and a huge hit!""
