Made this tonight as directed. I used grape tomatoes and brown rice as that was what I had. I was not sure about the eggs, as I don't like egg drop soup but this smelled and tasted delicious...just like a good Chinese restaurant! Made this tonight. Quick, Easy and Delicious. I am in love with pancetta now...So much better, and easier to make and eat, than bacon. This was a very light, but filling sandwich. I usually eat my BLT's dry but am glad I tried the aioli. My husband requested I keep this recipe and make it again."
