We installed a Wood Fired pizza oven 2 years ago. I have experimented with several different crust recipes but really never found the ideal one for cooking pizza at 750 F. I tried this recipe yesterday for our grandson's birthday party and is was fantastic. I doubled the recipe using the combination of King Arthur Unbleached Bread Flour and Bob'"
