My Activity

Reviewed Spinach-Orzo Salad with Shrimp

"Great dinner salad! I added some sherry cooking wine and basil pesto to the sauce. I was out of spinach and used green leaf lettuce. Just as good. Will definitely make this again!"

Reviewed Chicken and Asparagus Crepes

"Easy recipe! Great way to use up chicken. Great way to use up crepes. I put cream and ricotta in the sauce too, just to thicken it up."

Reviewed Barbeque Meatloaf

"Very Tasty!! I used ground buffalo and it was great! I'm not a big fan of BBQ sauce so I was pleasantly surprised by this. It didn't overpower the meat. I really enjoyed this meal! So did my husband."

Reviewed Crispy Kale "Chips"

"My new found "go-to" snack! This was really easy, but I did have a few pieces that didn't get crispy. I will bake about 5 minutes longer next time. I used Truffle Olive Oil, and it was delicious!"

Reviewed Kale and Artichoke Dip

"Yummy! This is very tasty and so easy to make. I used fresh kale and just chopped it up. I also used marinated artichoke from a jar, and chopped them up. I used almost 8 oz of cream cheese to get the consistency just right. Great appetizer!"

Reviewed Bruschetta with Gorgonzola Cheese and Honey

"Great and easy! Yummy!!! If Gorgonzola isn't a strong enough cheese for your tastes, I recommend a Stilton or even a goat cheese."

Reviewed No-Bake Key Lime Cheesecake Bars

"Amazing taste and just enough key lime for my taste buds. I am glad I started early, as it took 3 steps and 2 nights after work for me to finish this recipe. I thought it would be easy considering it was "no-bake" but the steps took longer than I thought. Great in the end and worth the time!"

Reviewed Tagliatelle with Smashed Peas, Sausage, and Ricotta Cheese

"Very tasty! Great comfort food with a baguette and red wine! I used mild Italian Sausage because I can't handle spicy food. I added a bunch of fresh basil. I left the peas whole. I used a bit of chicken stock and heavy cream in addition to the pasta water. I added garlic salt and pepper to help flavor up the ricotta cheese. "
