very good combination of ingredients. I previously roasted a pumpkin with sage and red onion. This was the perfect way to use it. My husband really liked it! Also, very nice, easy dressing; useful in many different salads.

Maybe the best chicken dish ever! I used my big oval enameled cast iron dutch oven, prepared the dish on the stove top, then put the pot in a 250 degree oven and cooked it low and slow for a couple of hours.
