i made this recipe yesterday and OMG it's soooo good! it was my first attempt on making a cheesecake and i will definitely do it again! i would cut a bit on the sugar though...1 cup indstead of 1 and a half.
i recommend everyone to try it

absolutely delish! the onions almost burnt, but i managed to turn down the oven and place them on the upper rack and spray some extra non-stick cooking spray on top of the onions as well, they turned out nice.
good thing about it is that there were no leftovers! thanks for a delicious side dish, Alton!

you may need to boil the potatoes in some boiling water a little before placing them in the casserole, it helps soften the potatoes a little, instead of coming out a bit crunchy

thank you for suck a delicious side dish! the whole family loved it, the greatest thing about it is i didn't have any leftovers!
i did add some cheddar cheese along with the parmesan on the top and between the layers, it cam out great!

This dish was off the hook!!! i didn't expect my picky eaters to lick their plates clean!
instead of putting canola oil, i added olive oil, it gave it a bit more flavor. Thanks Alton, always been a fan!

the cake was delicious!!! everyone asked for the recipe!
since we're not big fans of pineapple, i omitted them and reduced the amount of raisins as well. i also thought the batter was a bit hard, so i added about 1 cup of milk, and it was perfect!

this dish was a big hit for the whole family! i'll deifinitely be doing it again.
i didn't have any self-rising flour, so i used regular flour and added a teaspoon of baking soda, and it worked fine.
on my second trial, i cute the chicken breasts into little cubes and made nuggets out of them, the kids and the grown-ups loved...
