About Me
I love to entertain around food! I love the food-table thing, fresh foods and flavorful seasonings, experimenting with foods from different cultures. I keep kosher in my home -- that means no shellfish or pork, no milk with meat, and kosher meat (now I try for organic, too). When I see delicious recipes that don't fit those rules, I try to figure out how to "convert" them to kosher.
I also am trying to simplify my entertaining -- cooking food in advance and freezing, making simpler recipes, so I can enjoy my company instead of just serving them!
