"Wow! What a great weeknight recipe! I was super impressed by the flavor and ease of this recipe. You cant go wrong with this. I suggest pairing it with something that could soak up the juice. Perhaps angel hair, or Trader Joe's Lemon Pepper Pasta, or any type of rice will do the trick! My 1 and 6 yr old loved it and the hubby gave it 2 thumbs up! "
