Wow, this was absolutely the rave of the Mardi Gras party! Doubled the recipe, used purchased praline pecans, cooked it in two 9x13 pans for 1 hour. The Anglais sauce was unbelievably delicious, and easy for this 1st timer. When the pudding cooled, I dumped both pans into a beautiful large serving bowl and served the warm Anglais sauce in a matching...
