"I didn't mix the ingredients in a bowl and didn't see the garlic recommendation until I went to read what the rest of you thought. It was "ok", but garlic would have been great, and I think mixing the capers with the olive oil, some lime juice and rosemary (and garlic) would have given it more BAM. I'll try it again..."
