Reviewed Good Eats Roast Turkey
"Best turkey ever! I used chicken broth instead of vegetable stock and brined the turkey for about 10 hours. I also rubbed the turkey with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and butter for roasting. I was bit scared of 500 degree thing, but that worked out well too. The turkey had a beautiful brown color and was incredibly juicy. It only to"
