"First off, I didn't use the french loaf it calls for. I had made a bunch of finger sandwiches for a shower and had a bread bag full of the crusts. I used this instead. I don't eat french toast because it always seems to be too sweet. This was AWESOME! It needed NO syrup!! It was perfect and everyone thought it was great!! LOVE the simple rec"
