Reviewed Emeril's Homemade Sweet and Spicy Pickles
"Oh. My. Goodness! These are the most delicious tasting pickles ever. I followed the recipe with two exceptions: (1 I couldn't find the dried Cayenne peppers called for, so used dried chile arboles (red chiles - probably the same thing; (2 besides mincing some of the garlic, I added a bunch more and left them whole. I also could not find the Pi"
Reviewed Asian Style Slaw
"Generally, I am not a fan of Cole Slaw...however, this one is exceptional! The flavors are fresh and pair well with anything that you want to put Cole Slaw with. My husband is a fan of the traditional creamy style, but even he liked this....and he is definitely not a fan of vinegar dressing on anything!"

Reviewed Whoopie Pies
"P.S. I also adjusted the time and temp: using a convection oven, I set the temp at 375* instead of 400* and, borrowing from another recipe, baked the cookies for only 9 minutes. I think that even 12 minutes would have been too long. Only my opinion, though."

"For a chocoholic, this Whoopie Pie recipe will be ideal. For my husband and me, it was over the top in chocolate flavor,,,waaaaay too much. The filling was equally sweet, which I already understood from reading the recipe. Next time, I think I'd try a simple marshmallow creme or cooked frosting. All-in-all, it was not bad, just not our favorit"
