"Although the flavor of this dish was very good I felt the rice was way over cooked. I tasted the rice after the first 15 minutes in the oven and it was cooked. I should have removed it and finished the recipe without the extra 10 minutes in the oven. It turned out mushy. I will try it again. Maybe it was the basmati rice that I used. ""
