Reviewed Special Fried Rice
"I have cooked fried rice before and had great success...I wanted something different....this recipe is different for sure, but not in a good way....now I'm wondering why I chose one of Rachel Ray for my inspiration......this had no taste....it needs salt, sesame oil.....and a sweet soy sauce. Will not make again."
Raised in an Italian family in the Mississippi Delta, I was raised with the best cook in the world, my Grandmother, and also around the best BBQ ever cooked on a pit.
As I grow older, I get better at cooking......and my youngest son is a chef in Chicago.(hope I was his inspiration)....I cook all types of food but still hold Italian as my favorite.
