I should have followed my instinct before making this one, as I had a feeling the Black Bean Sauce would be too much :( Tried adding the chicken broth to make it less salty but it still didn't help.

I really liked the idea to use yukon potatoes, however there was something about the seasoning here that was off. I think the powders were too much and they just didn't mix well?

It wasn't horrible.... but not something I will try again.
