I think this was very easy! I love calamari but was intimidated by doing it homemade but it was delicious. Oh yeah and that sauce is AWESOME!!! I fried up some shrimp along side and dipped in the jalape���o sauce, I did the BYOC thing and added a small minced clove of garlic to the sauce

I've made this recipe a million times! It's my "go to" short bread recipe.
I have a helpful tip: if you think the dough is too crumbly. Use plastic wrap to mold the dough into a log.
