"It's difficult to rate a tortilla soup, relatively speaking, with an ingred list like this, versus authentic delicious tortilla soup that is not laden with butter and cream. This recipe is indeed perfect WITHOUT the flood of dairy, & we've prepped it both ways for comparison. I'd love to see chefs move away from using liquid dairy fat for flavorin"
