Reviewed Spinach-Sausage Stuffing

Made this for Thanksgiving and it was a hit. I've tried several stuffing recipes over the years without success. The amount of moist ingredients called for in this recipe was just right, no guessing about whether to add liquid. Six cups cubed cornbread turned out to be one-and-a-half 8X8 pans.
