I didn';t have the second paste, so I doubled the red curry. I also used pre-minced lemongrass as my grocery store didn';t have any fresh. This was AMAZING!!! I served it over rice noodles. Next time, I want to triple it! I could eat this for a whole week in the winter."

"This one is made with a potato crust, the recipe is basically for Reibekuchen (potato fitter) which has to prebake anyway, so I roasted the cauliflower because veggies are better roasted and added more flavor with garlic, ginger and cumin.

"This is a take on my Slovak Grandma's Recipe. I used Recipe #428843 for the dumplings. I made it without the potato-so I didn't use the blender. This dish is VERY filling (like gnocchi) and VERY inexpensive. You can make this main dish with the chicken or leave it out and have it as a side.
