To Carol - Take the cooled cupcakes and turn then upside down and dip into the bowl of frosting, twirling 360 degrees. Works like a charm.

These ROCK! I have made them sooo many times I am an expert now! Ended up buying the Easy Accent Decorator from Pampered Chef for easier filling. Have made MANY variations, using butterscotch pudding, cheesecake pudding, etc. These are BETTER than paying a fortune at a bakery or cupcake specialty shop! It's probably my MOST requested dessert!...

OMG this should NOT be allowed!
Problem #1: Extremely hard to wait for it to cool without eating it all. SOLUTION: Worth burning off the roof of your mouth.
Problem #2: FUNNY HAHA that it will keep for a week in the fridge! SOLUTION: Make 4 batches.
Right before X-mas! I can't WAIT to make this as gifts. ...
