Reviewed Creamy Sweet Potato and Rosemary Soup

"I am definitely going to try this recipe based on the rave reviews, however, I have a question. In the episode, the potatoes that Giada was using were white (which means they were Yams, not sweet potatoes, which they are deep orange in color). Is the flavor the same? I'm sure the soup would be just as "pretty" in orange, but I want to know if the flavor will be the same. Anyone?"

Reviewed Garlic Sauteed Spinach

"I usually love Ina's recipes and I'm not sure what happened here but it was so salty that my son and I couldn't eat it. I used a little less than a pound of spinach, so I only used 1 tsp of Kosher salt and it was barely edible. I used garlic and shallots along with the butter and lemon which tasted good, so next time I'll just sprinkle in a little Kosher salt.
