I am a full time college student and retail manager with a strong passion for food! My schedule is hectic and can be stressful so i have found cooking to be a major outlet! Im looking for dishes are are flavorful, rich and downright comforting that dont require hours of attention so that after a long day of school and work I can just pull out my favorite pots and pans, cook the great meal and curl up on the sofa with my fiance :-)
Favorite Foods
I used to be a very VERY picky eater but now that I have sampled and played around with different flavors and textures I willing to give almost anything a try. My fiance...not so much unfortunately so trying to find dishes he likes is very difficult. He is a plain ol meat and potatoes with no veggies kind of guy where I LOVE italian, southern, and hispanic foods!!! Honestly anything with depth and has that comforting back at home feel is great to me.
