Bland, bland, bland. Did I mention that it was bland? Pre-cooking the noodles turned them into mushy blobs of tastelessness. I'm very surprised, not to mention being disappointed in this recipe. We tried adding some white sharp cheddar to try to boost the flavor, but it was a lost cause.

Reviewed Homemade Granola Bars

The best part about these granola bars is the smell of the oats and coconut as they're toasting. The bars were incredibly dry and crumbly and were too messy to eat out of hand. It seems like there was a fat or binder missing, so I think I'll try adding some peanut butter. Anyone have an idea for me about resolving the dryness of the granola?
