"This is almost exactly like my mom (who is german thought me to cook chicken soup! Alton's dumplings are slightly different but very good and my hubby and I love it! Super easy to make.
I always add a whole Onion and bay leaves to the chicken (when its boiling) and strain the broth at the end. "

Reviewed Oven Roasted Chile Relleno with Chipotle Asado Sauce
"Reviewing the Chipotle Asado Sauce: soooo authentic and sooooo good! Very easy and fast to make too. I'll be making this alot.
Thanks Giada!
I use my own imagination for the stuffed Poblanos. I fried some ground beef, onions, added black beans and infused mexican flavors with seasoning. Baked with cheese on top. Delish! "
Reviewed Empanadas
"OMG! How good is that!
Like "cherilynw" already said: It makes the most beautiful and flaky dough!
The only thing is, I'll roll out the dough a lot thinner next time. Rolling out the dough 1/4" is just way too thick for my taste. "
Reviewed Sopa de Platanos with Smoked Shrimp and Black Bean Salsa
"Reviewing only the soup. Yumm Yumm Yumm! I've actually made it a few times. My DH always asks for it when he feels like having soup. Sometimes I add potatoes, cream, and parsley. "
