Reviewed Simply Delicious Strawberry Cake

"Good job Paula! Wonderful! Didnt have Strawberry extract so I did use Vanilla. Next time I try this cake I will make sure I have the strawberry to give it a try that way. 7cups of powered sugar did sound like way to much for me. But I couldnt get the right texture for the frosting so I did end up using all 7 cups. "

"Wonderful!!!!! I have been meaning to make these for a while but hadn't till today.. Major hit with the kids (who didn't like sloppy joe's) Wont be gong back to a can on this one... Worth the extra effort. I didnt try the onion straw's this time, was trying to multi task a bit to much. But will be giving them a go... "

Reviewed Holla Beef Enchiladas

"Wonderful! WOOO spicy! 5 1/2 pounds of meat is way to much. I halves the recipe. The video on here didn't show the direction's for the enchilada sauce so I sort of wing'd it. I followed the ingredients but wasn't sure what all I needed to add to the blender. I did the dried chili's with water.. then added everything else to a saute pan (with the drained chili water) and simmered it till the meat in the oven was done.. Then put all the saute pan plus the meat liquid to the blender again... I added a can of tomato sauce and honey to cut the bitterness.. Turned out great... Very Very time consuming.. I only gave it four stars due to the extra work I had to do with the sauce, plus the meat amount being so off.. Makes a ton even when I halved it, I ended up with a large and a small casserole dish full!"
