"Love, love, love this recipe. The chicken breasts I used were smaller than 12 ounces and it took be forever to get them to cook - total cooking time was about 1 hour and 10 minutes on the grill. I ended up finishing them in the oven to get them cooked all the way through. The flavor profile was outstanding and the succotash surprised me. i lov"

I used Emeril's Essence for the cajun seasoning and it worked great. Thanks for the recipe - a definite keeper."
