"My 17 year old daughter and I think this recipe is delicious! Although I love goat cheese and almonds, my daughter does not - so I added fresh strawberries, cucumber and cherry tomatoes. The dressing is so perfect and tastes particularly wonderful over the fresh strawberries in the salad! Incredible combination!!! Love the Neelys!"

I love, love, love to cook! ... watch FN and eat of course! For me, I find cooking to be fun and relaxing... almost therapeutic! It's the cleaning up afterwards I don't care for; however, my Grandmother taught me to clean as I cook so this way it's not as much to do in the end!
